Steps for Buying a gift voucher online

  1. Choose your desired gift voucher value, and complete the payment.

    You can either send it directly to the recipient’s email or to your own email to forward later.

  2. Share ‘How to use a Gift Voucher’ link to the recipient.

    ** All vouchers are valid for 3 MONTHS only from the date of purchase.

    ** If you face any trouble completing the payment process or want a customised amount, please contact us via this link.

The amounts below reflect lesson fees. However, recipients can use the gift code toward any service they prefer and simply top up the difference if the chosen service exceeds the voucher amount.

  • $81 SGD: 1 × 50-minute 1:1 vocal lesson with a Junior Coach

  • $91 SGD: 1 × 50-minute 1:1 vocal lesson with a Senior Coach

  • $130 SGD: 1 × 50-minute 1:1 vocal lesson with a Lead Coach

🎁 How to use Gift Vouchers

We are excited to invite you to our studio for private vocal lessons with TVS Coaches!
Here’s a step-by-step guide to using your Gift Voucher for booking your vocal lesson:

Using Your Gift Voucher

  1. Visit our online booking platform to select the service and coach tier you prefer.

  2. Choose your desired options:

    • Coach Tier: Junior, Senior, or Lead Coach.

    • Outlet: Check coach availability at your desired location.

    • Lesson Time: Pick a time that suits you.

    Note: Lessons booked as ‘in-studio lessons’ as a default. If you’d like an online lesson, please book a lesson first, then notify the TVS team via this link.

  3. Enter Your Gift Code:
    Copy and paste the last 4 digits of your gift redemption code (all uppercase) into the Discount Code field during checkout. This will apply your voucher amount as a discount to the total.

  4. If the total cost exceeds the voucher amount, you can pay the difference at checkout.

Important Information

  • It may take 1 day for Voucher Codes to be activated after the purchase. Try the booking the next day of purchase.

  • Voucher Validity: The voucher amount must be used within 3 months from the date of purchase. There is no option for extension.

  • Limited to 1 person: Once used, the voucher cannot be transferred to another person.

  • Cancellation & Rescheduling policy

    Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours prior to the lesson via the TVS Booking Platform, and make-up lessons should be arranged by the student. (click for cancellation guide)

    Last-minute cancellations are non-refundable and not eligible for make-up lessons, except in cases of illness with an official medical certificate submitted within 1 day of the cancelled lesson.
