Single Lessons (Ad-hoc/Trial)

One-on-one Booking: Lessons can be booked online up to one month in advance. Payment must be completed to confirm the slot.

Cancellation/Reschedule: You are entitled to one make-up lesson for a cancellation made at least 12 hours before the original lesson time. The make-up lesson must be scheduled within one month of the original lesson date.

Coach Switching: Switching to a coach within the same tier or a lower tier is allowed. Switching to a higher-tier coach will incur an additional cost.

Refund Policy: No refunds are available once payment has been made.

Lesson Transfer: If you cannot attend the booked lesson, you may transfer the lesson to another student. The transferred attendee must complete the lesson under the original booking conditions.

Subscription Packages

Happy Hour: Applies only to Junior Coach lessons on weekdays finishing before 3 PM. Minimum 4 lessons per month with a 15% discount.

Standard: Suitable for all times, minimum 4 lessons per month with a 10% discount.

Value: A 3-month package offering minimum 12 lessons with discounts of 10% (Happy Hour:-15%).
