Booking: Online booking up to 1 month in advance. Payment required to confirm the slot.

Cancellation: 1 make-up lesson for cancellations made at least 12 hours before the lesson; to be used within 1 month.

Coach Tier: Switching within the same or lower tier is allowed; top-up applies for higher-tier coaches.

Refunds: No refunds after payment.

Transfer: Lesson may be transferred to another student under the same booking conditions.

Standard Package: Minimum 4 lessons per month, with up to 2 reschedules, fixed or flexible slot reservation, and a 1-month validity.

Value Package: A 3-month package with 13 lessons, up to 6 reschedules, practice studio credits, and 1 Performance Day participation ticket.

Cancellation: Respective make-up credits apply for cancellations made at least 12 hours before the lesson, to be used within the package validity period.
