Maria Lea Carmen Imutan Salonga, better known as Lea Salonga, is a prominent figure in Musical Theatre recognised for her creamy-rich and magical voice. Her outstanding performances as Princess Jasmine in Disney’s Aladdin (1992) and Fa Mulan in Mulan(1998) has captivated listeners from around the world, most prominently in the US and Philippines.

Lea Salonga’s career skyrocketed at the age of 18 when she was selected to take the lead role for the biggest Musical at that time, ‘Miss Saigon’ in in 1989. In 2011, she was crowned the Disney Legend, with thousands of concert tours, TV, film and recordings.
