About
Hanna is a musician, vocal coach, and dedicated music therapist with extensive experience working with children and adults (mental health clients, neurodivergent individuals, community music).
She specialises in mental health and psychosocial well-being, supporting individuals experiencing mood disorders, emotional and psychological challenges, adjustment-related difficulties, and broader mental health concerns.
Hanna's music therapy practice is grounded in fostering empathy, empowerment, and personal growth for both individuals and communities. Her work integrates music with existential, cognitive-behavioural, somatic-informed, resource-oriented, recovery-oriented, person-centred perspectives.
Drawing from both structured and improvisational approaches, she incorporates breathing and mindfulness-based practices, voice work, songwriting, and creative musical expression to support therapeutic growth, self-awareness, and meaningful human connection.

Testimonial
‘I see the passion and dedication you put in your work. You are able to connect with both clients and volunteers. Each session is always different from the previous one, the creative ideas and different musical instruments you come up with. You are able to motivate the clients and I see joy in their faces when they are able to express themselves through music. I believe music heals, Music is therapy. Music moves people. It connects people in ways that no other medium can. It pulls heartstrings. It acts as medicine.’
