What is BeyondClass?

Beyond Class is a mobile application which facilitates further practice, aiming to complement students’ journey/lesson objectives here at TVS.

With Beyond Class, coaches will be able to send students practice assignments; and in turn, students can submit their own singing practice and receive personalised feedback from their coach. 

We hope to motivate students along their musical journey through the use of Beyond Class at TVS, by way of providing more effective and targeted practice, tailored to suit each and every of our student’s needs. With personalised feedback and guidance from your own coach even beyond lesson time, we believe that Beyond Class will undoubtedly help our students achieve greater growth in their musical endeavours.

What Are The Benefits of Using BeyondClass?

  • It helps both coaches and students to REMEMBER and REFRESH what you learned during lessons.

  • It allows students to save LIVE DEMONSTRATIONS provided by your own coach. 

  • It allows you to check your INDIVIDUAL ASSIGNMENT SCORE on different areas of your practice submissions, including Pitch, Rhythm, Stylistic Expression and more.

  • You can also receive CUSTOMISED FEEDBACK from your coach. 

  • You get to PRACTICE MORE, and you can MONITOR your learning progress at your convenience!

How Will BeyondClass Be Used At TVS?


1.      Lesson Review & Assignment

Before a lesson ends, your coach will provide a review of the class and practice assignments through BeyondClass. 

2.     Weekly Practice Submission & Feedback

Students can check their assignments and create 1 submission of their personal practice per week. Your coach will then be sending you feedback prior to your next lesson.

*Please submit the practice audio or video at least 1 day before your lesson so that the coach can look and provide proper feedback!
